Pupil Premium Grant and Strategy  

The Pupil Premium provides additional funding in addition to the main school budget, which is targeted at certain pupils to ensure all pupils have the same opportunities, regardless of background. Our Christian values mean no child will be excluded from achieving their best due to their circumstances.

Planning for further improvements:  The school has designated the role of Pupil Premium Champion to Mrs Bradbury. She meets with families that are eligible for Pupil Premium Funding to look at the most effective use of the funding: be it academically, socially and emotionally. This will be agreed in partnership by the school and the family.   

The Governors of Reepham CE Primary School ensure that the Pupil Premium is not simply absorbed into the main budget, but instead it is targeted at the designated children. This is monitored and reviewed regularly.  

Over time, the children targeted within the delivery of these funds achieve similar to their peers and often exceed the national average.
