School to School Support
You can’t hold a torch to light another’s path without brightening your own!
At Reepham C of E Primary we are committed not only to the development of our school but also every school! We believe that every child deserves the best education no matter which school they choose to go to.
Our Headteacher, Mr Randall, is a designated Local Leader of Education (LLE), who currently works through the Kyra Teaching School Alliance. If you would like to access specific LLE support you may wish to visit the Kyra Teaching School website, or you may contact him direct at Reepham C of E Primary.
We enjoy working with other schools, academies and teacher training routes to help further the profession and as the old saying goes: You can’t hold a torch to light another’s path without brightening your own! Working with others makes us all stronger!
Should you wish to work with us we currently have a few projects underway. We have highly experienced staff who are willing to support colleagues. Some of the areas we have offered school to school support include:
Governor Support: Our Chair of Governors has worked across multiple schools and academies offering support on effective Governance, Leadership, Moving from Requires Improvement, Strategic Direction and Changing Leadership. He has previously been seconded by CFBT and the Diocese to work with other governing bodies.
